By submitting a request/order, you are expressing an interest in purchasing a product that we will sell to you under the following terms and conditions. All requests are contingent on the availability of the requested items. Up to the time of delivery, we have the right to cancel any order. Orders placed on this website are subject to approval in line with the following Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of your purchase might be due to one or more of the non-exhaustive causes listed below:

  • The item you ordered is no longer available;
  • We were unable to acquire authorization for your payment due to our failure to gain authorization;
  • A price or product description mistake has been discovered;
  • A system or procurement failure exists;
  • Customer validation checks failed.
  • When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email confirming your purchase. This email does not constitute order acceptance or confirmation.
  • When your order is sent, you will be deemed to have accepted it and the transaction between you and Divine will be complete. When your order is sent, we’ll send you an email. We retain the right to send duplicate orders out in different batches.
  • When you place a collect in store order, your item is accepted when we send you an email with instructions on how to pick it up.

Any promises, warranties, or representations given as to delivery timings are restricted to The Republic of Ireland, and we are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by postal delays or force majeure. When you make a request, you agree that any information you submit to us about the products or services you want is truthful and correct, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your request or bid, and that you have adequate funds to cover the cost of the items. It is your obligation to notify us as soon as possible if any of these details change. All listed prices are subject to change.

Jewellery

There is no refund or exchange available.

No returns are allowed for earrings due to health and hygiene concerns.

Keep away from perfume, deodorant, hairspray, and water. Keep your jewellery away from abrasive boxes and pouches to prevent scratching. Don’t apply unnecessary force and handle with care
